CUSTOM DRILL DESIGN
Design services are offered for both competitive and non-competitive marching bands, indoor ensembles and/or winter guards. In addition, services are customized to the level and skill of your organization.
Drill design services include:

Constant communication with the Lead Drill Designer during the entire process.

Prompt and on-time service.

Drill designed on the most recent version of Pyware 3D program.

Complete PDF drill charts with detailed instructions.

Complete PDF student coordinate sheets.

3D Drill animation during the entire process.

Personalized student drill books upon request.

Guard and Battery integration to meet your staff's vision and goals.

Provide winds/battery choreography that is program generated by the Pyware software.

The videos and charts will include your prop designs.

The videos will include your custom uniform and flag design, if available.

Two Free drill rewrites to accommodate band size changes.

For an additional fee, the Lead Drill Designer will come to your rehearsal.

PROGRAM COORDINATION

Program Coordinator service packages include the following:
Consultation Package
This package includes watching videos, giving feedback and suggestions to help maximize your product. For an additional fee, the Program Coordinator will come out to your rehearsal.
Marching Band Package #1
In this package, The Program Coordinator will work with you to create a show. This package includes program coordination, a production sheet, working with your outside wind & percussion arranger, and outside drill designer. Full season consultation is included with this package.
Marching Band Package #2
This package includes A NEW SHOW CONCEPT JUST FOR YOU. Let our team create the best production for you and your students.
This includes an original concept, a production sheet, a composed musical and visual production with custom wind and percussion music, custom electronic design, *custom drill, custom guard choreography, and custom body visuals for winds. Everything you need to be successful. Full season consultation is included in this package.

Indoor Guard/Percussion/Winds Staging
Includes staging of your entire indoor program’s show. Program Coordinator will spend an entire weekend on-site working with you and your staff to create a championship-level program. This package also includes full-season consultation and any staging edits needed.
Adjudicator for Contest
If you need a judge for your host marching invitational our Program Coordinator has negotiable prices based on what you already pay your judges to come in.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
GUARD CHOREOGRAPHY
We also offer Guard Choreography as an optional service if not using one of the program coordinators' packages. We have a team of guard choreographers available on request.
The Service will include the following:

Coordination of Guard routine and drill design.

The guard choreography will be designed to meet your group skill level.

The director will have constant communication with design and goals.

COSTUME & FLAG DESIGN
If your looking for Flag and Costume Design, look no further! We have a team of designers that are highly qualified to meet your Marching Band needs.
STOCK DRILL AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE
We have pre-written shows available for purchase. Check out our video samples to find the show that works for you. For pricing, please submit our contact form indicating the name of the show you would like to reserve. Prices quoted are for the shows as written. For an additional fee, stock drill shows may be adjusted to fit your band size. For adjusted pricing, please indicate that you would like an adjusted price quote and provide your numbers when submitting our contact form.
